My name is Shahul Shaiff K.L., and I am currently pursuing an MBA at ISSM Business School. My internship has been a truly memorable and valuable learning experience. During this period, I gained hands-on exposure to B2B sales, B2C sales, course promotion, lead generation and lead conversion, cold calling, Meta Ads, business development, college visits for MoU and collaboration discussions, and client follow-ups. These responsibilities helped me strengthen my communication, sales, marketing, negotiation, and professional skills while giving me practical exposure to real-world business operations. The positive work environment and the continuous support from everyone helped me learn something new every day and gain a better understanding of professional life. One of the most special moments of this internship was receiving my first salary. It is a milestone that I will always remember, and I am grateful to have achieved it with this organization.
