AchieversJournal Private Limited offers structured internship opportunities to help students and graduates build practical skills through assigned tasks, projects, mentorship, progress reviews, and performance evaluation.
These internships are listed on the AJ Academy Jobs and Internship Portal as a career and employability initiative of AchieversJournal Private Limited.
2. Zero fee policy
All internships offered by AchieversJournal Private Limited through the AICTE National Internship Portal are completely free for students.
No application fee, registration fee, training fee, course fee, project fee, certificate fee, placement fee, or any other monetary amount will be collected from participating students.
AchieversJournal Private Limited offers completely free internship opportunities through the AICTE National Internship Portal, subject to successful registration and approval. AICTE registration approval is currently under process.
3. Student responsibilities
Interns are expected to complete assigned work on time, maintain professional communication, follow mentor guidance, and keep an accurate weekly work log where required.
Misrepresentation of credentials, plagiarism, or sharing confidential organisation information is not permitted.
4. Attendance requirements
Interns must meet the attendance and participation requirements stated on the specific internship listing.
Repeated unexplained absence may lead to discontinuation from the internship without a completion certificate.
5. Project and performance evaluation
Performance is evaluated through weekly reviews, assigned projects, quality of deliverables, and final presentation or report where applicable.
Feedback is shared through the mentor or department listed on the internship opportunity.
6. Certificate eligibility
An internship completion certificate is issued only after satisfactory attendance, completion of assigned work, weekly progress submissions, and any final project or presentation requirements stated on the listing.
7. Code of conduct
Interns must maintain respectful behaviour toward mentors, peers, and partners. Harassment, discrimination, or misuse of systems will result in immediate removal from the program.
8. Data and privacy terms
Application data including resume and contact details is processed for selection, mentorship, and program administration.

9. Stipend clarification
Where a listing states “Stipend Available” or “Performance Based Stipend”, stipend means compensation paid by the organisation to the intern, if any.
“Paid internship” never means that a student must pay a fee to join. Students are never asked to pay for AchieversJournal internship participation.

Students are not required to purchase any AJ Academy course, certificate, material, or service to participate in AchieversJournal internships.
