AJ Academy (AchieversJournal Private Limited) provides placement assistance - not a placement guarantee - unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

What assistance includes

• Career counselling and program guidance
• Resume, LinkedIn and interview preparation support
• Portfolio and project presentation guidance
• Access to published opportunities on the Jobs and Internships portal
• Referrals to hiring conversations where relevant openings exist

What assistance does not mean

• A guaranteed job offer or salary package
• A commitment that every learner will be shortlisted by employers
• A requirement to purchase courses to access free AchieversJournal internships

Learner responsibilities

Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned practice work, respond to opportunity communications promptly, and present accurate credentials.

Distinction from internships and courses

Paid AJ Academy training programs, free AchieversJournal internships, and placement assistance are separate offerings. See the Internship Policy for zero-fee internship rules.
