Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

At AJ Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Course Not Started: If you have not accessed or started the course content within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing course materials and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Course Cancellation: If AJ Academy cancels a course you have enrolled in, you will receive a full refund.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified for specific course types or promotional offers.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@ajacademy.co.in or use our Contact Page.
  2. Provide Details: Include your full name, email address used for registration, course name, purchase date, and reason for refund request.
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
  4. Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time beyond our processing period.

Important: Once a refund is processed, you will lose access to the course materials and any certificates or progress associated with that course.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed Courses: Courses that have been completed or where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.
  • Downloaded Materials: Courses where substantial downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Certificates Issued: Courses for which certificates of completion have already been issued.
  • Promotional or Discounted Courses: Courses purchased during special promotions or with significant discounts may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Live Sessions Attended: Live courses where you have attended scheduled sessions.
  • Time Limit Exceeded: Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase (unless otherwise specified).
  • Change of Mind: General dissatisfaction with course content after substantial access, unless there is a material misrepresentation of course content.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the circumstances:

  • If you have accessed less than 50% of course content, a partial refund may be considered.
  • If technical issues affected only a portion of the course experience.
  • If course content was significantly different from what was advertised, but you have already accessed some materials.

Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be proportional to the unused portion of the course.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services or course bundles:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds for unused subscription periods are generally not provided unless required by law.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund of that billing period.
